MIAMI -- Miami Heat forward LeBron James may have suffered a dislocated finger on his non-shooting hand in Monday's loss to the Indiana Pacers.
ESPN.com reported James injured his left ring finger in the first half. The Heat confirmed James did have the finger taped by trainer Jay Sabol during the game but offered no further comment. Miami, which did not practice Tuesday, plays the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday.
James never left Monday's game, and he scored a team-high 24 points in 41 minutes. The potential setback comes on the heels of him playing through elbow soreness that has bothered him since March 20 after colliding with Phoenix Suns forward Grant Hill.
